Services and Treatments

Each treatment is tailored to meet your individual needs, helping you achieve optimal health and balance.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques—including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and myofascial release—are used to reduce muscle tension, restore mobility, and support recovery from injuries.

Acupuncture

Fine, sterile, single-use needles are gently inserted at specific points on your body to restore balance and promote natural healing. Sessions are typically relaxing, with many patients experiencing relief from pain, stress, and other symptoms.

Ear-Acupuncture

Ear acupuncture (auriculotherapy) is a specialised system within Chinese medicine that views the ear as a microsystem reflecting the entire body. By stimulating precise points on the ear, this treatment can influence internal organs, the nervous system, and musculoskeletal regions. It is commonly used to help manage pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, and addictions. During treatment, very fine needles or small ear seeds are applied to selected points, allowing gentle, ongoing stimulation even after you leave the clinic. Many patients appreciate its subtle yet powerful regulatory effect on both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Laser Acupuncture

A gentle, non-invasive, needleless alternative to traditional needles, laser acupuncture uses low-level laser light to stimulate acupuncture points. Patients feel little to no sensation, making it ideal for those sensitive to needles, children, or individuals with chronic pain or skin sensitivity. It supports healing by enhancing circulation, reducing inflammation, and regulating the nervous system.

Moxibustion

A warming technique where artemisia herb is burned near acupuncture points, moxibustion helps to improve circulation, relieve pain, and boost the immune system.

Exercise Therapy

Tailored rehabilitation exercises are prescribed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and movement control. These exercises help maintain treatment benefits, prevent recurrence of injuries, and support long-term health.
